Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Concierge and Guest service. There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, which is a big plus.

The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of variety and options. Recommending to take it.

Very comfortable, clean, loved the bed!! Fab views from any floor and great facilities. Special shoutout to Reno at reception, very good English skills and made the check in a lot swifter and more comfortable for us. Loved the Starbucks in the hotel.

The breakfast was lovely . Staff extremely nice and helpful which of course makes the stay nicer in a hotel . Only issue is the hotel is very dated and for the price we could of went up the road beside the tube to a more modern hotel.

Very friendly service and reception staff spoke good English. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We received a room upgrade when we arrived which was nice. Breakfast was excellent and there was a huge range of Western and Chinese foods. The patisserie section was delicious!

The desk in front, where Chloe sits, is super helpful and informative. They speak two languages fluently, which is hard to find in China. The location is good.
